Well well well....it seems that I was in the right place at the right time again.

I needed this note to complete the type set of Large Size Blue Seals from the Series 1914 FRNs.
While it is not a New York note it is from the San Francisco District and much more difficult district to obtain in high grade. ** Currently only 16 graded at PCGS with only 7 notes graded higher...**
Here is the Type Set I would like to share with you all.

Thank you for stopping by to take a peek.

Beautiful, way to go ... some day I'll complete the NY ,FRN(2B) all I need is the $100.I still have to keep my expectations realistic 25-35 grade levels. My last $50 was a Burke /Glass grade 25.very hard to find.
Congratulations on the completion of the FRN series ,all high grade no less !!!!

For those of you like Noost, Urbanchemist, Daggarjon, De Orc, Connor1, GrimReaper, Jamericon, CamaroDMD, Clembo, Hontani, Clayirving, and many others I am sure I failed to mention, lay out your notes by Series and then stand above them, peer down upon them, and then post what feeling it gives you to see all the notes, all the History, all the time spent putting it together, all the years of development right before your very eyes...and to think of the survival rate of that paper security instrument compared to our metal cousins...tell me, does it really blow your minds??

It is very hard for to express the feeling I get when my notes are presented in this manor. I feel humbled, proud, excited, ashamed, wondrous, amazed, speechless and dam lucky!!

I have never done that and am sure I would feel nervous. Nervous that the dog or one of the cats would run into the room and do some serious damage. Will have to lock myself in a room and try it one of these days. Usually just enjoy them one at a time. Good idea.

I shut the doors and lock them....turn the lights on and fire up Pink Floyds "Money".....

I think about all that was back then and how they might feel about us thinking these notes were special..back then it was like our current notes of today, common!

I'll have to go to my Bank & get them out of the safety deposit box & spread them out on the private room floor & stand on the desk ! Hope I don't set of the sprinklers off as my body temp rises !!!!!
