my first Star note

:high5: been looking for a while then picked this up on the way home tinight while getting milk, it had been folded but its not to beat up.

How did you get the picture bigger? I have been having problems with small pics lately on this site (like your first post) and I don't know why....

 

funny , I got a 2006 NY star note today too at work ... funny thing is I live in Canada.

 

also the ink seems to have smeared from th L teh 12's and the signitures.

for the pic i just resized it, the original one was 3-4 times larger than that pic

I have always wondered what kind of error a specific star not might have replaced.

 

I didnt know what one was till i came to CT

 

They are pretty cool, I have my co-workers keeping an eye out for them. I still don't have any from circulation.

 

hopefully youll get one. its still amazing what you can find in circulation

being new to collecting, except for "it being old", had to look at the pic twice to understand the STAR part, thanx for the lesson, something to start looking for

Nice find, I am happy purchasing my star notes. But to get one in circulation, now that's like found money!! Oh wait, it is...
