I thought it was too. That took some time and skill to do that.

Wow! Defaced coins usually make me sad, but that's fantastic!

Get creative. Ask around at your local 7-11's small stores. you would be surprised how many will have a few in the register. Also let your tellers know you are looking for them, so if they have any customers's drop any off, they will let you know. You may not get a bunch at once, but many times there will be silver. My best score was when my favorite teller called me to tell me a customer had just dropped off a bunch oh halfs.

Going to pick up the other $300 in CWR SBA's at my bank tomorrow. As Posted earlier, I think it may be a collection dump. Found some interesting stuff along with 3 Wide Rims and a couple proofs. I'm looking forward to it.
Need to study up on SBA's. 90% of this dump so far has been in pretty good shape.

In all my small dollar searches, I've pulled out probably 10 Wide Rims. Not sure what to do with them all lol.

You could always post them in the For Sale forum and see what happens.

Are SBA proofs “frosted” like other proofs.? I’m getting quite a few S mint marks but none look like normal proofs

Missed out on the other $300.00 of SBA's. Somebody else came in asking for some and they had to let them go. I'm OK with it. Nothing really valuable to find in SBA'S, although it would have been neat to get some more S mm or proofs. I'm not heartbroken over it.

Today I went through my first nickel box after a hiatus of roughly a year (thanks, pandemic). Overall, not bad! I scored a 1939P, some garden variety 40s, and a 2009P. I also found a very worn 1943S, a 2000P with a rotated die error (nothing major, but still cool), and a nice 1972D for my album.

Went to my LCS today and traded 35 silver dimes and 5 W quarters for these 3 Canadian silver rounds . 4 ozs total. Not really CRH but what I sold (traded) was from CRH.
