Thanks T$ I got it just to practice photography. I got it really cheap because the dealer was about to pack up at the show, but I ended up getting it for $3.
Been to Penny Lady's site for days now and have narrowed my choice down to about 5. Hope they are not gone by the time I make up my mind. Those pennies have just drawn me in.
Nice coins since my last addition! Just agreed to a coin trade & cash deal for this coin: VF-25, Variety B-1, R.3. The 0 in the date is small on this variety, and on the reverse the 5 in the denomination is merged with the arrowheads.
I meant to post here after my trip to the coin show on the 24th, but I forgot. Here is the main buy from that day, which I also posted in a different thread...
Here's another recent purchase. A really really tough Presidential Dollar. PCGS Guide Value for this coin right now is $5000. Will likely be bringing this one with me to the ANA show here in L.A. as trade material, but for now, it's mine
Now that's a FINE LOOKING COIN!. Nice grade they gave you too!. I believe its worth it to put a high value coin in a graded holder if only to protect it from damage. Not to mention when you sell it there will be less question about the grade. Here is my best graded coin although no one colects these Plats. any more.
I agree slab it ,nice plats.haven't got one yet, waiting for the palladium UHR if it happens, under $300 would be nice, who needs the box & book & all that mint packaging if you end up slabbing the coin .
My newest coin purchase , love the bald coins , also trying out a new 10 MP camera , there's a problem it won't load onto forum, but my 6 MP will, to bad the 10 Mega Pexel has a much better macro, oh well.
