    I just found I have this one by the same person.

    He's been doing this for a number of years I'd say. Lol

    Notice that the Counterstamp is a slightly different font. Maybe he wore the other one out. Lol

    J.T. Smith is the guy that put his name on a lot of Liberty Seated Dimes and damaged them. Lol

    J.T Smith was a jeweler from Schuylerville NY. His counterstamp is listed in Rulau Catalog (NY-Sc 2-3) The listing also describes it being stamped on other denominations.
