Simply stunning 14-D! Congrats, that's one beautiful coin, probably the nicest one I've ever seen. :thumb:

Well, since you like two cent proofs, I happen to have a pretty 1872 PF66 two center - here's Todd's photo of this pretty puppy to help wet your whistle while you wait for dessert later......

Yum! Thats a beauty, love the toning. The surface just glows. I assume that's the 1872 on your July pricelist?

Amazing what a difference a point or two can make, here's my 1872 http://www.cointalk.com/members/pennyguy/albums/491/7681/

That is the most beautiful 1877 IHC I have ever seen in my life. I'm totally speechless.

I can certainly see where you might think that's a problem, but I kinda like it just where it is (well, once Todd returns it to me)! When I first saw it at the auction viewing, I couldn't believe it was the same coin as in the photo, so I put a bunch of stars around the photo in my catalog, and couldn't wait to bid on it. At the auction, I was the only live person bidding on it, though I think it had some previous internet bids. So a lot of things played in my favor in being able to win this sweet coin.

Thank you all for your comments - you make posting my coins here very rewarding and enjoyable for me. I'm glad to have so many peeps who appreciate toned coins as much as I do!

That is one nice two center you have Mr. Guy - very pretty! Here's another one Todd just photographed for me too. It's not a proof, but it's red which is hard to find in any Early American Copper.

PL; That is one gorgeous 2 center, kind of makes me wonder about it's story, how it survived in that condition? :thumb: My budget keeps me in the 64 range max. That one step up is a big one.

    Love your NPs, Charmy!

I own only one 2 center (1865 MS64 BN), but I don't have the best pics to display it properly like you do.

I do have a nice close up of the motto that turns me on!

Cat, that motto sure shows some pretty toning! And YOU TOO can have awesome photos taken, courtesy of Todd at www.bluccphotos.com. He is very reasonable and takes the best photos! Just contact him, and I'm sure you and he can work something out to photograph any of your coins.
