    Here's one you don't see every day! I just picked this guy up this afternoon. It's not the nicest looking thing but I like it :)

    Despite the condition, that is one nice note. Just curious, how does the star affect the value on this note. I am familiar with the value for a regular one, but I have no clue on the star note.

    The books say to double it... But that could be wrong, I haven't gone through any auction records to see how rare these are or not, I know I haven't seen one before tho.

    i have a book on large sized star notes from 1910-1929. it states that there are 164 known of this note. 1 known signature combination for this note. this is how they have a break down for value for diffrent conditions. VG-F $400, VF $800, EF $1500, AU $2400, CU $5200
