I would sooner think the abnormality on you coin is a blister of sorts as the mintmark is no longer hand punched onto coin dies.

Now how do you get that from what I posted as a zinc bubble

 

It's a single zinc bubble, as opposed to a plurality of them. They are pretty common as zinc is absolutely not meant to create long-living coinage.

 

Its actually a bubble in the copper plating that is over the zinc planchet.

 

I wouldn't waste money past putting it in a 2x2 flip and marking it as
