Is $2 Series 2003 S/N I20083757A from a special printing

Just wondering if $2 Series 2003 S/N I20083757A from a special printing or did I just get lucky with 2008 begining? Thanks.

I believe yes. I don't remember the specifics, but the BEP was selling sets with one note from each district where the serial started with 2008, 2009, and speculation is that the 2010 was printed in the same run.

 

Those are Series 2003A, though, and they all have serial suffix D (and they only come from ten districts, no I or J). This note is Series 2003 from the I..A block, so it's just a regular-production note with a mildly interesting serial number.
