    So I thought I found a 1959 d/d earlier... wrong :(

Anywho, not much on TV tonight so I finally started in to a pile of Lincolns I had set aside for closer looks (the ol eyes are not what they used to be). About 100 pennies in and what do I find but this beaut:

now lets hope it's twin is in there :D

Somebody is going to be really be happy soon out here in Seattle area! I went thru about 2/3 of a half gallon sized Crown Royal bottle searching for the ones I didn't have and rolled up about $10 worth of 1940-958 Wheats and turned them in to my Credit Union. Credit Unions don't have bank rolls of coins, just ones turned in by members. I'm going to do the same with the bottle with 1909-1939. I'll fill the blank spaces in the collections thru searching more or purchasing affordable ones. Just figured to spread the wealth, so to speak!

Still got some left! give me an address and I'll be happy to send them to whomever would like to have them. Spent a lot of $$$$ on ebay for "Unsearched" rolls and it's just repetition now and a waste of $$$$. Face value of course!

Out of curiousity, does anyone who gets rolls of pennies grab the pre 1982 ones and save them for the copper?

I know tons of people do, indeed do that, because they think copper will be worth something someday.
    I, personally don't do it.

Today I went through all the coins jars in my house for pre 1982's and set them aside (only found 1 wheat), and I wondering whether it was worth the effort to save them from rolls

PeacePeople Wall St and stocks, where it's at

I read this last night and I thought what the heck, I'll give it a try. I went in and bought a roll of quarters, 2-dimes, nickels, and 4 pennies. While I'm there I ask if she has any dollar coins. She has 2 rolls, 1 mixed and 1 uncirc Jeffersons. Only problem with the Jeffs is I do not know the mint. Anybody have any idea how to tell without cracking it open.

I wiffed hard on the search other than filling in on the state quarters.
