This is Constantius II with Delta behind the head, Gamma and Dot in reverse fields and Mint Mark CONSZ. Comments and corrections welcome. I may have shown this when I was working on it. But, I had the mint mark wrong. Plus, is that lump in front of his mouth just dirt?
It looks like you got it, i can add a little. RIC viii109, LBRC II 2030. struck at reduced weight of 4.5g. 352-353AD. 7th officina. And that spot looks like a pit in the patina but then again it might be the photo. Hope that helps you.
