I could use some leads on this one

    I don't think I over cleaned it. It was very worn to begin with. Perhaps someone can push me in the right direction to research this.

    Thanks to you and @Mat I agree about Arcadius. But mine seems to have a mint mark starting with an S. Could it be this one:

    Arcadius AE3. 395-401 AD, Nicomedia mint.

    DN ARCADI-VS PF AVG, pearl diademed, draped, cuirassed bust right
    VIRTVS-EXERCITI, Emperor standing left, head right, holding spear and resting left hand on shield. Victory, standing beside him crowns him with a wreath which she holds in her right hand
    Mintmark SMNA

    RIC X Nicomedia 62
    Having trouble with the image.

    I have absolutely no clue. I can't tell for sure on your mintmark at all.
