I need opinions on what to do with this coin. It is currently slabbed as Brilliant Uncirculated in an NGC holder. I was wondering if I should resubmit it to get it graded or not and which TPG should I use if I did. I found 1 on Teletrade graded MS64 by PCGS and I certainly think my coin is better. What do you think.

IMO you'd be lucky to get it slabbed as MS-63.
LOTS of small marks on the rim, and worse, on the forehead and cheek.
I see it as a typical business strike. No special handling.
You'll have to compare slabbing cost vs. value and make your decision that way.

And since the value is in the missing edge lettering I'd stay with NGC.
I don't like their "finger" holders, but in this case I'd make an exception.

I don't know guys, they are very forgiving when grading this series. Here is a photo of an NGC MS65 Washington:

I have to think the OP's coin will be in the MS64-65 range based on a comparison of this coin.
