That blank metal disk looks like it will on an X-ray and looks like some sort of machining tooling - which is why the shipper did it that way. You see, it is a knowledgeable person that knows what the post office in both Ukraine and the USA can and may do to a parcel. I say that with lots of experience with that particular country. I have shipped baby clothes there and had them ripped off once they landed in customs in Kyiv. So far parcels coming this way have not been messed with. I do a bit of shipping there and back. My experience with Ukrpochta is limited to their post offices being a good place for free Wifi when I am in the country.
X-ray thing makes sense. I ordered from this seller based on a fellow collector who had positive experience with the seller (but took 3 months for delivery). Decided to make a small purchase to test the waters. One set I ordered was cancelled for some reason, but I was refunded immediately.
And I occasionally have experienced the same results-shipping from Europe/Asia (including Poland/Russia/Kazakhstan) in 2-3 weeks.
Ukraine has given me problems in the past. Lost 2 packages, one in 2016 and one in 2017. Cut the losses and not going out of my way to go to Ukraine again
