1960 Double Die? Or Deteriorated Die?

I'm still learning about double dies. I've seen a lot of 1980's pennies where you can clearly tell that the first stamp made an extra impression. I've never found a double die. Nor have I ever seen one. (I mean in person.)
I assume this is a die deuteriation coin? I searched through about a thousand pennies last weakened. I have a few coin book where I've put the best looking coins I've found and was looking at a few close up. Thought I'd post the question here. Hopefully learn something about DD's.

Either way, it's a nice coin but is a double or no?

It does look great! I love finding coins that are older and in nice condition. Thanks for your response.

Thank you! I'll spend some time reading and learning about them. That helps a lot!
