The third coin is a 1998 1 Dirham of UAE (km# 6.2)

 

• 1. 2007 Canada 1¢, cu-ni multi-ply plated steel, not yet assigned a KM#, no mintage available (it's newer than my Charlton)
• 2. 1998CE/1419AH United Arab Emirates 1 Dirham, cu-ni, KM#6.2, 35¢ VF in the 2008 35th Ed. Krause
• 3. 2002 Canada 5¢, cu-ni multi-ply plated steel, not yet assigned a KM#, mintage 134,361,000 commemorating the 50-year jubilee of Elizabeth II's reign, not valued in Charlton for grades below MS63

 

The CoinStar probably kicked them back and whoever they belonged to just chunked them and that's why you found them where you did.

The 2007 1 Cent is km# 490 and it seems that they have changed the composition since 2003; its now copper plated zinc.
The 2002 P 5 cents is km# 446. The mintage of this coin is 134,362,000 according to Krause but I guess for Canadian coins Charlton is the more accurate reference.

 

Yep, they were in the rejected coin area, and someone just left them there......so I scooped them up.
