1968D & 1969D nickels found. Are these worth retaining?

At a glance, these nickel’s seemed quite impressive given the years.

Are they worth anything to retain them? Neither are full steps.

Pretty much face value but I would save them. Could be a nice start to build the set.

This looks like a STRONG DDO ON A 1985P Nickel, pretty beat up though.

I say keep them. They are gorgeous! But hey, I guess I'm biased because I'm "The Nickel Guy".

Couple things.

For one (like a previous member stated) try building a nice AU/BU set.

And yes these do have premium to them. You can usually get 3 to 5 times face a piece once you have a complete roll. I know $6-$10 a roll doesn't seem like much on eBay but its still a premium.

But like I said. Im kinda crazy for nickels
