I am 95% sure I saw that same exact ad, and lot of coins, over 2 months ago.

It's odd though that there is a reserve of $164.99. Most dishonest sellers would take whatever they could get. Most of the pictures show junk IMO so I think that most will not go that high, and the one that did was probably the seller bidding from another account. For me it's too fishy to even think about.

I shot him this email on ebay.

"So if I win all of your auctions, How are you going to duplicate each coin and bill. All of the auctions have the same pictures and each auction states that you get what is in the pictures. How is that possible?"

I will let you know how he responds.

Is anyone else going to join me in reporting this set of auctions as fraudulent? The report form is here.

"Fraudulent listings" and "You suspect the listing is fraudulent but you didn't bid".

On the next page I listed the five item numbers, quoted from the listing the part about getting everything in the pictures, and pointed out that they are identical pictures. (The serial numbers are visible on some of the bills.)

Maybe the reserve is to cover the cost of the E-Bay fees for 185 photos.;)

What a load of junk. The sad part, whoever gets all that crap will probably think they really got something. Most of his pictures are of the same things, why even bother?

This is the sort of stuff my poor dealer has to deal with. I see him cringe at the chore of having to go through it all. What's even funnier........when the seller sees exactly what he's willing to pay for junk! ROFL

Reminds me of the junk they sell on TV.... I can almost hear those two clowns spouting out their cleverly rehearsed lines with the enthusiasm of a (late) Billy Mays commercial. Or maybe one of those full page inserts you see in the Sunday supplement...

LOL! I watched one of those things last night for a set of ALL San Fransisco (is that right?) mint seta, including the state quarters, SBA's and Sacajawea and presidential dollars made up until 2009 (this year). They wanted almost $1000 for the whole thing. I have to say... they're good pitchmen. If I had the money, I may very well have bought them myself.

The one auction ended at $227. What a shame.
He even added more of these auctions now.
