Paddy, 3.9 grams is way out of bounds for a copper cent, let alone a zinc cent. What did he do, weigh it on a bathroom scale? I don’t think he’s got it, that’s why you’re getting the dodge.

He showed the picture on another thread.
3.9 grams could be a copper cent that weighs a bit less.
They are normally 3.11 grams. But he didn't show the entire face of the scale showing the cent and the weight. So another member questioned if he was faking it to show that weight.
Since then he hasn't produced what we have been asking from him.

Italy, when you weigh the 1983 cent, it would be a good idea to show two pics. One with the scale zeroed out and one with the coin. This will avoid questions of the scale being off. Also, toss a Jefferson nickel on it as well. It should read 5 grams. So making it 3 pics. Good luck.

Yes, that’s right. I was thinking the coppers were 3.1, they’re 3.11. That’s the one we want to see if he’s got it, though, for sure.

PMD, almost all Zincoln's have one or more anomalies with little or no value beyond it's denomination. Better luck next time.

    Hallo Paddyman98,

In Europe 3.9 is more than 3.1 or 3.11

Oh yes, I had it right from the start! I think we're getting our legs pulled on this obese 3.9 gram cent.

Lol. His mum still loves him though... We hope

I looked at the possibility of a heavier Foreign planchet made at the US Mint, but the 1983 Panama 1 Centisimo (Both Bronze and Copper Plated Zinc) weigh the same as the equivalent US 1 cent, so the tolerances would be the same and 3.9 grams is well above tolerance....

So I think it is high time @Italy8686 you show us some decent pictures on the scales, as requested earlier, of this obese 1983 cent...

The guy is just messing with us. If the guy had anything worth posting he would have already done it.
