Would blistering give this type of appearance? Or was this done by some type of corrosive chemical? Appears cheek doesn't quite line up with nostril but IDK. I know my curiosity is going to get me 86ed if I keep bugging but something about the alignment. Thanks again for informing and patience everyone.
Urinal coin? Old restaurant term for "kicked out." or 86 (ā′tē-sĭks′) tr.v. eight·y-sixed, eight·y-six·ing, eight·y-six·es or 86ed or 86·ing or 86·es Slang 1. To refuse to serve (an unwelcome customer) at a bar or restaurant. From thefreedictionary.com
As I understand and have heard, being 86ed referred to bar patrons in the days when most bottled spirits were 100 proof (50% alcohol) who were starting to lose it, and the bartender would cut them back to 86 proof booze. Of course nowadays all the common spirits are 80 proof anyway.
