Found this interesting gem this afternoon. This 90's penny is missing the final number and reads only, "199". I find it pretty neat, but I'm curious to learn if there's any value here? If so, What price range would make sense? Thank you..
Slight grease-filled die. Not worth anything over face value. EDIT: Here is an example of a much more severely struck grease-filled die. I still wouldn't put its value much over face. Just an interesting piece.

I think grease is a factor, but the rim looks oddly defined making me think there's a tilted die mixed into this. If the die is uneven, and partially filled with grease, it might explain the loss of detail in the device and the effect on the rim.
