Nice die crack on the 1940 nickel!

 

The 1940 nickel i was thinking more of a lamination nice finds that 1956 quarter looks nice.

 

I'm learning to look for stuff like that now, thanks to you guys, lol.

 

Not a die crack. A lamination.

 

I've wondered this for a while... what is the difference and how can you tell the difference?

Are you getting these rolls from the banks?

 

Those two quarter finds already tells me I should switch to quarter rolls from dime rolls im trying to get enough silver so I can trade for a 2021 silver eagle no way I'm paying over 30 bucks for one.

 

I don't get rolls, although i may start, sounds fun! I get large amounts of loose change that needs to be sorted and counted. been finding interesting stuff since the day i started.

No pre. Mind you, my entire collection is found. I have older stuff, much older but it's inherited. My actual collection is 100% found in bulk loose change.
This is my prize possession, so far.

I've heard of these being found in CRH, but never in loose change. I was shocked when i saw this. Just need a dime and a quarter to match.
This was not found today! Just showing my favorite find.

 

This should have been the reverse to that '56 obverse.
