I think this is the third notice from the US Mint to update. I have some enrollments. Each time one was getting ready I got an email from the US Mint warning me to update my account or the order may not be fulfilled. That is three times this year.

    Is anyone else getting these?

    I'm similar.
For me it was 33 years; cold turkey in November 1994.

sorry for taking the post the wrong direction.
I don't sign up for any subscriptions, my PCGS market report and USA hockey magazine are enough.

used to be subscribed to emails from CT, but that was a hellscape

I didn't actually smoke i was technically a secondhand smoker since my parents did it so much when I was around not on purpose my mother has been smoke free for a week so far hence passed the test for now.

Yea I was getting them. Said something like "update or confirm billing info". When I logged in and checked my billing info, all looked fine. There was no link or button to just "confirm". My orders billed, shipped, and arrived fine.

Seems like it was just a notice saying hey, if your billing info is no good, we won't ship. Maybe something they do at the first of the year??

I have had it three times this year. Just ahead of each enrollment release. It might be a scam to get me to go to the site through a link in the email. I never do that.

The first couple of times these fish heads sent me the notice, I panicked and went in to view my payment info.........nothing untoward, as everything was up to date........I think it's 'chicken little' syndrome on their part. They want to remind every idiot (me included) that an option is upcoming and all the ducks are in line for flawless execution of orders........

The US Mint has all of the info on me that I'm going to give them.
    And that's not a thing.
The last Mint product that I bought from them was the 1985 Proof Set.

I have gotten a bunch of these poorly worded emails. I called customer service to confirm that I didn’t have to do anything (and let them know that I didn’t appreciate the sloppy email) - and was on hold for so long, I got frustrated and hung up before talking to anyone.

The only thing I can think of as a reason for the email is the Mint is coming to the end of the ATB issues and this was a reminder for anyone so they wouldn’t miss out on the last one or two of the series?

The emails were so unprofessional and seemed like some weird scare tactic - like a hacker phishing email.

A while back, I got an update notice, so I logged in and made the necessary changes. A week later, I get another email listing the OLD information that I had changed when I got the first notice. I sent a blast telling them to check their records. Two days later, they finally acknowledged the update.

I just got another message from the US Mint to update my account or my enrollment may not be processed. This is number 4 this year. Of course, there is no contact at the mint to talk to.

Is anyone else having this issue?

I think they send out these notices because they have so many credit cards on file that have expired dates. That puts the order on hold and it gets kicked to the back of the line.

Is there not a way to stop the verification process after verification? Enough is enough. 4 times in 2 months.

I enrolled to make sure I got the latest ASE proof. The Mint warted me half to death with that message.
