Judging by the photos, it appears to be gold-plated. Granted, that certification doesn't mean anything; all you have here is a damaged coin.
Not a proof (no mint mark). Type 2 yes. "Fake" CoA makes me think it is plated and not the super rare type 2 phily silver clad.
After taking a second look at it this looks like one of the things from the Bradford mint e.tc.NOT a proof and its technically a damaged coin.
On the COA it says "...certified in Collectable Condition", WOW. Never saw that before. I'm not sure I even know what that means.
Here's 1 unc. surrounded 5 regulars none certified collectable affaid there just IKE'S . Sorry believe as stated above you have a Bradford.
