    I dissent, the photos make the coin look like it is dipped and washed out, plus there is a hit smack dab in the center of the obverse. I say the coin grades MS64,

    MS-64. There is a small nick in the dress, but the real issue is the luster, which, from the OP photo, it looks subdued.

    If the luster is better than the photo, then MS-65.

    When I'm imaging my coins, luster is not typically what I'm going after. Usually it detail and color I'm chasing, and for those I tend to use flatter lighting.

    PCGS graded this one MS-65, probably based on the luster than than the absence of marks.

    I'm sticking with my original grade. The luster looks better in the second (overexposed) photos but the hits look worse.
