I got way to hyper focused of putting my 1/2 Bust collection together. It burned me out and I started making mistakes. So to take a break I started looking at foreign silver. I'm 50 but have never had an interest in it. But let me tell you.... so refreshing!!

I love those Panamian Balboas! I've yet to get one but they are on my list.

That's what got it started. I seen them on here. The pics do no justice. They're gorgeous! Toned devices are just fabulous on them. So much so I duplicated the 31. Even my dealer was jealous.
I am looking for a Russian Catherine 2 (20) Kopeks. Will probably be the center piece of it all.

The five marks are nice, they are .80 oz each so a wee bit more 'an a silver dollar in size.

Buckle up. It is quite addicting. I was a relatively late collector of world coins as well. You should check out this thread:

Very nice! Did you notice those two 5Fs from France are different mints?

Nope! Didn't care. Just liked them both.
I got out of this hobby back in 2013 because of life edited. I am trying to do it differently this time around. I am trying to be more relaxed about it. All and all I'm struggling with that.

Thanks for pointing that out to me.

Keep reading CT, it can de-stress you and sometimes give you a chuckle. Also check out the 1965-73 Frech 10 franc coins...

I thought they were so nice, I bid on half-a-dozen and got two of them!

Great choices! I love the German 5 Mark coins, especially when you find some issues from states other than Prussia at relatively low prices.
