You can edit your post and remove duplicate pictures. Click at the bottom left on “edit”, delete the pictures, then select “save changes”. Your 1813 is an O-109 R3 btw. OBV: second 1 in Date low, REV: base of E higher than base of M
His second coin appears from the die state to be 109 (maybe even 109a--if so, score!) The first coin looks to be an earlier die state and therefore the 110. We would have to see the obverses to be sure, though.
honestly, i don't know. there are a shitload of them available right now, and i have plenty of money available for one, but i grew up dirt poor and have to wrestle with myself before i can spend that kind of money.
