I'm new to this hobby and I live in Martinsburg WV (Moving to Mclean VA in January) Looking for any coin clubs or even some shows I could attend thats close to this area. If anyone knows of any please let me know.

Brechbiel Phone: (301) 739-5414 Grand Venice Hotel Hagerstown, MD 21740 Nice show. 30-50 dealers. When you move to McLean a whole larger world becomes available. Vienna, VA (very close to McLean) has 4 a year. Crowded. NOVA (Annandale, VA) has 1-2 a year. But the REAL goodies are the Whitman shows in Baltimore (about 1½ drive from McLean). 500-1000 dealers. And 3 per year. If the weather isn't bad and you are looking for some tougher stuff the next Whitman show is in November. IMO worth the trip.
Thanks a lot. Hagerstown is only 15 minutes from my house so i'll definitely try and make that. How do these shows work? Do you have to register? Does it cost anything?
Yes, you register. That's good because you then get their show notifications so you can schedule better. No, the small shows don't charge. Even the Whitman show doesn't either (I don't think). The big ANA show I believe does charge, but they only come around here about every 4-5 years, maybe longer.
