1929 cent "Long Beard Chin"

    Found this Wheat penny and if you look at the chin on Lincoln it looks like he has a long bread or extended chin. What would this be? Also the "L" in Liberty is strange. Your opinions? :)

    It's hard to say from the photo but it looks like it could be a planchet flaw - maybe a lamination.

    yaaaa thanks!!! I also have found quite a few 1909 no mark VDBs and without the VDBs. Some of them look very nice shape!
