yes, ebay is the right place to sell and buy. the question are: do you need a license to trade at ebay?. do you have to declare profit for i.r.s. for tax purposes?. do buyers always return the coins they purchase?. as far as payment is concern. pay pal does it all.

You only need a tax number for local taxes which do not apply on Ebay. If you make a profit balance it out by selling something at a loss (something that you just want to get rid of) so it equals out. If you make a profit without balancing it out you have to pay income tax (capital gains), but you do not need a a license for that. As for returns it depends on your description of the item. If you describe it honestly they will know what they are getting.

2008w american eagle silver unc mintage at 512,772. the mint still selling 2008w silver eagle unc with four presidents. now since we knew around 47,000 2008w is actual 2008/7w. so the actual mintage should be 465,772. if we deduct 47,000 from 512,772.

i wonder why the mint still producing dollar coins when the older issues were still very much abundance. the mint should clear all older issues. as for the time being. the mint should produce what the collectors need. until all unwanted coins gone and start producing the new one. said 5,000,000 each for all new presidents.
