I am really fond of toned Roosevelts. I put up a thread with a 46 to 66 set a couple of weeks age. I also have a toned pr67 1951 (super blue).

  13. The set is coming along well Jamie!

Beautiful. I love looking at collections that are people's favorites. One can almost feel the care of selection, passion, or whatever one wants to call it.

    Gorgeous coins indeed !!
I can tell that many of them are better in hand, as it is so difficult to capture the color on them.
    Congrats, thanks for sharing !

That is a beautiful set! I want to make one suggestion though, some of the pictures of the ones up top look a little dark, and they get a little brighter towards the end, either way, the pics show off the details, and show off the amazing color of some of these! :D
    Once again beautiful set!

I sent the coins to get photo'd by someone else.
Proofs are a lot harder to photo plus dimes in their slabs are even harder.

The photo guy did a much better job then I ever could.

First let me say, schatzy those are beautiful. I have a couple of sets like thos but in lower grades. I have a couple on my site and some raw toned dimes as well.

tmoneyeagles, the proofs are so hard to take pictures of. I have lots of trouble photographing them all the time. Specially when they are in a holder.

I am aware of that, the pics are amazing don't get me wrong, BUT they could be better, ANY pictures could be better, because it will never be like an "in hand: experience.
