Good Day. I have a roll of Puerto Rico Quarters and one of the end coins is the reverse. There is what appears to be a bit of metal, part of which is under the "E" in Encanto, part appears to be a little bit under the clouds, and part on top of the tower. How can part be under the E and part be above the Roof? Thanks for any help. Quarter 1.jpg Quarter 2.jpg

Looks like a blob of grease. Get a toothpick. :D Otherwise, it is a struk-thru error.

I've seen this before on a few modern coins.

    It's a piece of plastic - but I don't know
    the source at the Mint.

If it's just on the coin, no value.

If the coin was struck with it on it,
it would show design, and have a premium.

From the photos, it looks like it will come off
easily, and not show as a 'struck thru', but
we won't know till it's toothpicked, if the OP
    wants to do so.

Welcome to CT @Jerry Lewis. I'm assuming, which can be dangerous, that you wish to keep the roll intact otherwise you would have shown the single coin. Otherwise, it appears to just be "something" on the coin, as others have said. Fred being the expert is probably correct as he inspects many, many error coins and if he has seen it before, then you can probably take his word to the bank. Just to satisfy your curiosity, maybe try a Q-tip with acetone on it to see what effect it has on the spot. Just a thought.
