Looks like a 64 to me.

 

Why so low?

 

I'm looking at photos, not a coin. In hand is always better so wait for others to answer.

 

I would need clearer photos.

 

I'm going with 63 without better pictures

 

TBH these are the best pictures anybody's gonna get... I've downgraded in megapixels... Instead of 8 mp I have 5 mp... since I've switched devices

 

You can't grade proofs from photos because you need to move the coin in the light to see hairlines, and you definitely need more light. Most likely, the coin is going to grade PF65 or PF66.

I doubt MS-66... It would be worth thousands

 

The price guide only shows $18 in pf66 not thousands.

 

Looks like a beautiful MS66FS. I like the proof toning, very colorful.

 

MS-66 not PF-66 there's a difference

 

But if it were MS-66 it WOULD be worth thousands... It's more than likely PF-66

 

by ngc in ms 66 it says $70.

 

What??? You don't make sense... The coin is a proof I just don't know the grade of the proof... Not once did I say it was Mint State... I was merely correcting somebody after they said MS-66 instead of PF-66
