    LOL! :)
Well I just get a little bored throughout the day, and I love to post and talk among friends, after all we are all friends here! (I hope)

I normally don't impulse buy. Heck, I have never bought an IKE before, but I couldn't refuse this one. It's not the highest grade, but it has a nice little tone to it. For a few bucks I said what the hay.

Also: I have found that taking pictures in the bathroom by the mirror works wonders!

Looks like somebody spilled coffee on the obverse...
I have never been a fan of the darker toning :)
But if you are happy, that is all that matters :D

Better to beat up bullies, than let them take advantage of you. I was taught to defend myself, and that is what I'm gonna do :D

Did they even give it PL.
If they didn't designate it PL I wouldn't think it should get anywhere near that DMPL designation
Here is my DPL with the flash on, when you have the flash on your camera, does it do anything like this?

Leeg, that is a beautiful example of the early draped bust dimes. Congratulations!

Kaz, that 1849 Seated dollar, 1st year of issue, is gorgeous. Seems to have only very little wear, and exhibits the kind of toning which i like. Most of mine are unfortunately not that nicely toned. An excellent addition to a short set!

Yes, that Bust Dime is just amazing! Perfect type coin!

I bought the 1844 dollar at Bowers and Merena's Baltimore auction in the spring- it's NGC AU53 and the devices have a lot of flash-- bank account seriously depleted at that point! But it is very hard to find these undipped, and with a mintage of 20,000 and maybe 1,000 surviving, I had almost given up hope of finding one that I could afford. I think bust coinage collectors have an appreciation for this kind of toning!
