    Toning a little dark for me, but some do like that toning!
    I guess it is a nice coin.. :D

    Here is a quarter I bought with the intention of learning a bit more on variety attribution. It was a bit tough to photograph through a hazy PCGS slab.

    1835 Bust Quarter No period 25 C Die B-7 R2

    Very nice 1835 Bust Quarter!!! VF-EF a Gem for its age :kewl:
    it looks like mine with no period after 25 C

    I am pretty sure I have narrowed mine down the B1 variety with the feint die crack at the bottom of the 5 on the obverse and through "STA" on the reverse.

    Thanks, I spent a lot of time trying to decipher Teletrade photos to find this one. Looks like the effort paid off.

    MS62... Very nice coin for the grade, although pics are a bit small...

    It's probably the pics, but the first thing I notice on the Morgan is the lack of detail in the breast feathers, and there are a few dings/scratches on both sides that knocked it down. Teletrades pics on Morgans are usually a bit off for luster, and they usually have more luster in hand, they also don't typically show toning very well, and I think this one might be pretty decent.

    The nickels should be about as they show, and the dime will be a toss-up as to whether it shows nice colored toning or just the dark brown stuff.
