Your 1982 D is a large date, so worth one cent. The others are just damaged so worth face value as well.
Actually what is usually called PMD (Post Minting Damage) on this site. It happened after it was minted. As for the cent at 3.0 g that is within spec.
Submitting coins (which I have never done...yet) requires membership or can be done through a dealer who is a member. When you take them to a dealer, ask his opinion. People here are just trying to save you a buck. You're welcome.
I would suggest ANACS first as they are less expensive, and if they say it is what you think, then you could try the higher priced services. Look on their webpages for the submission sheet and what each level costs, plus the secure postage. Jim
I have a subscription with PCGS and use their data sites often and have the 8 coupons to send in regular coins ( varieties are extra charge) and it is a chunk, but I consider worth it, IMO, Jim
I have one to almost the same way took 100% Acetone to it and it looks like this https://www.coincommunity.com/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=391967
