Now for Round 3's coin. It's a 1953-D Omaha Bank Hoard Roosevelt Dime graded by PCGS. It's also a coin of mine. Round 3 ends June 13th, Saturday. I said MS64, then MS63 when you said OGH... I thought this was an undergraded example, I thought PCGS graded it a 63, and I would have graded it a 64... Well, I made it through two rounds... Great contest, and good luck
Didn't make it to round 3 - but it's alright. I'm glad I made it to round 2! I, somewhat like T$, guessed MS64PL and then bumped it down to MS63 when I found out it was OGH. Thanks again for the contest and good luck to the people who made it to round 3!
I did the exact same thing Travis. I blame Ryan's photos not PCGS. Either that or I ate some sour grapes.:smile I am just glad I didn't have to go to double overtime with the Noost, that contest was brutal.
Oh sweet, glad to know we did the same! Ryan's photos were good, but I never had a thought in my mind of 65...
I guesses AU58 at first then he said OGH and I said 55. How is the end of the cap not wear??? Lehigh-Amen to that. My eyes still hurt, LOL
