I wish that I could make the claim that I received a roll of 1922 "Plain (No "D")" Lincoln Cents in an inheritance and they all are MS-67Rd's! If that happened, I would post pics with the claim and you probably would never hear from me again. I would be off to see the World, several times!

my granny has a roll of Lincoln cents she's going to leave to me. They are 1926-S in MS-66 Red!!! I am going to keep them to myself, and sell them 1 at a time, so as not to depress the market! LOL

My faith in the honesty of Estate Lawyers is similar to my faith that Obama and his 140 million thieves won't keep spending my money. My experience is that they will keep all they can and threaten to sue if you complain. Then, no one will take a case against them because they don't want to get involved with opposing the local Grand Puba of Graft.

But that's just my experience with a Great Aunts estate.

I never met my Grandma....think she will leave me something? she is like in her 90's now...she lives in the mean people state of Wis------...too cold for them people to thaw out...I was born there...left when I was a baby..Lord saved me from years of bitter cold weather. I think it's kinda funny that this thread has gone on so long. bahhahbahha

My money says it wasn't the Estate lawyers pulling shenanigans, it's always the deceased family members. I've seen brothers and sisters who were as close as could be for 50-60 years become mortal enemys over estates. Sorry son your experience with probate lawyers is either very unique, or as I said you have disgruntled relatives caught with their hand in the urn. My moneys on the latter.

yea, usually it is some miserable relative that thinks they are more deserving of something. When my father passed, his two sisters from WI. flew in and you wouldn't believe how they acted. they took over and gave everything away and took what they wanted. I was there alone and vulnerable. c
