OP has a history of posting garbage. Me thinks me smells a troll.

The mint didn't make w mm silver eagles until 1995 an obvious fake.

Do you know anything about the 74 aluminum penny other than it has to weigh 0.93 grams too be authentic? Is there anything else one should look for? This is no joke. If I posted pics here, do you think you can tell if it's real or fake even with a broad strike?

I'm skeptical, but I do believe a 1974 aluminum cent exists. The chances of you having it? Not looking too good.

If your previous threads serve as precedent @Muzzman it is either a crude fake or plated post-mint.

Yes I agree with you, put anything is possible. Once you see the pics you'll understand why I'm asking. I do appreciate all the help.

Did you compare it with the one in the Smithsonian? I did.

For starters, you should compare the level of detail on your example with the one at the Smithsonian. Moreover, I don’t see the V.D.B initials at the truncation of Lincoln’s bust, and the lettering is unlike that seen on the authentic coin. Need I say more?

The v.d.b. yeah I don't see that. Thanks for the help and education. It's greatly appreciated.

Out of curiosity, where do you think you've seen that photo before?

Edit: Here's an example that Coinworld reported on back in 2017 that appeared on eBay, courtesy of a Latvian seller. Regardless, this example shares numerous similarities with the OP's example.

Nothing is steel. Not one of my posts. I always check that with every coin.
