Your coin MIGHT have less wear than the VF-20, but it absolutely has MORE wear than the VF-30 - and it is scratched.

And here it is. Decent coin for $200. The scratches are hard to see without good light and a glass. I just am glad to have one without corrosion!

I don't want to rain on your parade, but $200 seems too much for this coin, IMO. That's not to say it's not a cool coin -- it is -- but rather that $200 seems a bit steep.

I think the coin is VF details, netted down to F 12 or so (TPG grade) for recoloring and scratch. EAC-wise, it's F details, AVG-, net VG 8.

    All IMO...Mike

I do not believe that it has been recolored.

I would net it a F-15 for the scratch which is barely visible without my super lighting and lens.

I am really interested in finding out which Sheldon this is. Look at the fraction on the reverse. I have not seen that on any other examples I have found on Ebay or Heritage.

I would have to say that you probably gave the best grade quote that I could agree with:thumb:

I thought this coin popped up on another thread and was judged S-260. Am I in a fog ? Again ?
