46-S Cent Error

I bought this coin not knowing it's an error. The color didn't quite come through on my coin microscope. It's a beautiful red, BU cent.

Does the error add value? Would it be most appropriately called a grease filled die?

It is definitely a grease filled die. These errors are pretty common and it adds very little premium.

I agree a grease fiklled die maybe if you put it on ebay you may get a decent premium for it ,and especially it's a wheatie
