I am usually exhausted looking at the computer all day at work:computer: My eyes get strained after a couple of rolls of pennies!! In any case, I will not be able to get boxes more frequently than I already do..so I take it slow and enjoy for longer :)

Did u find anything good today?

Many lincoln loggys in austin, in rolls and change.
Spent some today, put them to use.

Found a 1990D nickel with what appears to be a cud on the reverse just under the 'ME' in America.
I wonder if this is a documented cud?
One day I will have a camera that can show what I have found.

I like that silver quarter with the so called damaged 'I'.

My son found a 1964 D quarter a while back, I was and still am so proud ... of my son that is. Thats now four eyes looking. Im hoping the my other son will catch on soon. Im proud of the other son too of course.

Yes, I looooved finding that silver quarter.

Yesterday, I bought my first box of pennies. I've been through about 10 rolls and found:

5 log cabins (all P's, I've yet to find a D even though Tmoney 3 hours from me in San Antonio has only found D's and can't find P's--at least the last time I read)

    I beautiful 64 D with a lot of luster (I'll post later)

    3 wheats - 51d, 56d, 55d

I'll report more later as I found some other good stuff.

But, a really big find today, was the FIRST Buffalo Nickel I have EVER found in circulation. I found it from my friend's business change (he lets me go through it). However, it looks really, really strange with the top layer coming off. I'm going to go take a picture of it and post it in error coin thread to see if anyone has ever seen something like this.

So I was going to the store today and checked the coinstar return like I always do....nothing. But my son who is 3 says, as we are walking away, daddy I saw money back at the green thing. Well that is pretty specific so we go back, and he shows me two cents stuck together and a '64 dime in the case where the brochures go.

    penny roll-searching

i'm searching pennies, and just wondered if there's anything i need to pay attention to, besides pre-'82 (copper content, wheaties, etc), before taking the bag back to bank to exchange for more. already found 6 wheaties and at least $2 worth of pre-'82 today, only got $17.50 in pennies, going to get more when i FINISH searching these

The 1992 and 1992 d close AM variety and the 1998, 99, 2000 wide AM varieties are always something I keep a look out for. And the 1995/1995 d doubled dies.
