I have a token from P.E. Winsor, Cromwell Ind on one side on the other it says good for 5 cents in trade. I have researched sites for the last 2 weeks looking for it and noone has one. Can someone please help?

I looked in my pre-1900 token reference, and there was no name listed by that spelling. Indiana is one of the few states for which I do not have a token reference book, so I doubt that I will be able to help you unless it falls under a specialty token type that I may have a reference for.

It appears to be just a common trade token that you would see in a 3 for a dollar box.

Even if a common, I would say it would fetch $3 or $4 plus s/h on ebay. Most any undamaged trade token with a merchant's name and location brings that and up.
