Guys, I am looking for upcoming coin shows, particularly in Iowa. I check the coinshows.com website and there are no specific dates. I want to get out and get my numistmatic fix and take a nice drive in the midwest. If you know of any specific shows, big or small, coming up, please let me know. Thanks.
Dubuque (spoken like duhbyook) Iowa, NE corner on the Mississippi has seasonal shows at either the casino or up at the dog track. I went to the fall one last year. It was mid October. Not a huge show but I'm planning on going back to it. The dates get put up when it gets closer. They all seem to have a hard enough time scheduling these shows when it's a month away, let alone several months out. So that's probably why they don't bother posting dates too far in advance.

Also, try coin club web sites in your those states. Note many coin clubs have small coin shows and they are not covered by the biggies like Coin World, Numismedia, etc. Hate to give someone else a bit of advertising but try the PCGS web site also. With well over 25,000 memebers someone may have info on those remote coin shows. Of course you could move to Illinois. We have a minimum of 4 coin shows a month within 15 miles of my house.
