yes, you are safe to say at LEAST $390 possibly a little more. the notes are newer notes, and being all heavily circulated kind of keeps the value of each near face. The only note i might think would fetch more then face is the $50. The shift on the 1 print might be enough to garner interest to raise the value. Of course, this assumes none of the notes are from some super small print run - which it doesnt look like they do. But if they are, that could also affect value.
The hundy looks like missing S/N's from the pic. Is it? EDIT- Thanks Daggarjon. Don;t know why i didn't see that.
i thought the same thing click the yellow bar on top of the image, the serial is fully there when the image is expanded
