I am looking for a way to get cheap whitman wheat penny albums without pennies (used are ok), because I want to fill them and send them to a local auction house or sell elsewhere. I could buy them from the store but, I really don't want to have to pay $4.00 per book. Where do you get yours?
I don't really think you are going to find them cheaper than $4. It you want to buy them to sell them, I would buy dansco albums. Dansco ablumbs are much better and it is nice to be able to see both sides of the coin.
If your talking about those little cardboard Whitman folders...I don't think they make them in those years. The folders I got when I was young were 1909-1940 and 1941-1974. They are $2.19 here: http://www.tradewindssupplies.com/i...olders/whitman-us-coin-folders/cents/list.htm You may be able to find used folders on eBay cheaper but who knows what the total cost with shipping would be.
