Well it looks like we have a Contest!

I will work out the details and let you all know the Rules and Dates of the Contest.

So between now and then, put you thinking caps on and get ready to dig deep for the info you will for sure need!

With the response's thus far......I am wondering how many will remain after Element #1 ?
I am not trying to be synical at all...but folks this I promise will be difficult! There will be up to 3 Elements!!

In Advance of the Contest I will share with each of you now is the Question # (**)

With your best reasoning, why did the contest note Grade out a VF 35 instead of the CHCU grade it was presented to me at?
Trust me when I say the note looks CHCU. I am posting this now as it will be the Tie Breaker(**) question for this Contest!!

Yes, I know you cant answer this without an image....when the note is returned to me from PMG I will scan it and post it as the Contest Prize.

With all my past Contest, there were 2nd and even 3rd place prizes...this will not be the case for this Contest, This will be the only prize. The reason for this Contest is that the note did not meet my grade standard to be in the RickieB Collection so therefore I am sponsoring this Contest with this note. Good luck to all of you.
BTW... There is only 1 correct answer to the above question.

Well Magman....

I just finished writting the first 5 questions for Element #1 a few moments ago. My head hurts now (from finding and reading the info) and I am going to bed...all I can say at this point is it's not going to be easy!!
