I was looking at the sellers feedback and saw a $1000+ coin listed and decided to check it out.

 

That's a beauty! I assume it is well worth the $1000 price tag given the rarity of the cameo?

 

I have no idea if that's a good price or not, but I would spend $1k on a cameo merc in 66 (provided it looks good in-hand).

Pretty coin! It's probably in an NGC holder because of not making a Cameo with PCGS....

 

NGC is typically tougher on CAM/DCAM than PCGS. More likely it's not a strong 66, IMO.
