Yes, that is Britania. Brittish Tade dollars were meant to be used in trade with Asian and Middle Eastern countries. Weight is a bit light. Possibly a counterfeit.
Actually, waaaaaay too light considering the apparent condition. IMHO it is definitely a counterfeit. Look at the second "1" in the date, for example.
