    More like billions:hail:! Sadly, "they" will sell thousands of sets to unsuspecting people.

    how ridiculous!!! I was personally disapointed with the state quarters and now this? Oh well maybe someone likes them?

    The sad part is that there are thousands of people that believe what the hear and in this case see. It does serve to validate PT Barnum's observations.

    that's why they put PT Barnum on the half dollar in 1936

    Those are all right for the people who are buying them because they like the set. I mean, people buy a lot more rediculous things on a daily basis based on likes. But, these guys make it sound like this is an investment. It may well have been until they were slathered in paint. Hopefully most who are buying know the difference.

    I don't even think that taking the paint off of them is gonna help... they are just quarters... always gonna be quarters... the next generation of the 1976 bicentennials... in change jars everywhere, and still spendable...

    I wonder how these guys sleep at night??
